SaaS Administrator

Overview of the Role
This role is pivotal in ensuring our various software tools are fully utilised to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing, optimising, and troubleshooting a variety of SaaS products, including ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, and Zapier.
Main responsibilities include:  
  • SaaS Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our SaaS platforms (ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, Zapier) to ensure seamless integration and usage across the company.
  • System Optimisation: Monitor and analyse the usage of these tools, identifying areas for improvement to optimise workflows and increase efficiency.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training for team members on how to best use these software platforms.
  • Data Management: Ensure data is organised, accessible, and secure across all platforms. Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to problem solver for any technical issues related to our SaaS tools, working with vendor support as needed.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate processes within and between these platforms to streamline business operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides

 Successful applicants should: 

  •  A graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience managing and optimising SaaS platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, Zapier).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data management, integration, and process automation.
  • Strong communication skills for training and supporting team members.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Preferably familiar with CRM, email marketing, project management, and website management 
Non-negotiable requirements 
  • Internet Connection of at least 15 Mbps 
  • Residence within Cebu
