Are you a certified Salesforce Administrator with leadership experience? Can you strategically design and implement processes to ensure high-quality data and efficient system performance? Do you have an understanding of the business and deep technical know-how in Salesforce?

 

You will improve user experience and operational processes within Salesforce, leading a team to enhance data quality and system performance. Proactively seek out ways to utilize Salesforce Features and functionality to improve processes and efficiency, reduce technical debt, and support marketing automation transitions.

 

The Process and Analytics Team is a fully remote close-knit group that works in 2-week sprints to ensure quality and productivity. This team is the glue between the sales and marketing teams making sure they have the data to serve customers, to move forward with initiatives, and to make data-driven decisions.

 

During this role you will:

 

  • Serve as system owner of our Salesforce CRM environment, supporting 100+ users.
  • Lead the Sales CRM Admin team, ensuring a healthy high-quality instance and have a deep understanding of how our data is connected within Salesforce, Marketo, and between other systems.
  • Document business needs, sales processes, and workflows as they relate to our Salesforce instance.
  • Identify challenges with stakeholders, propose solutions, gain buy-in from leadership, and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with Director to prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning efforts.
  • Manage and support technology integrations with the Systems Development team.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to facilitate availability of data and tracking and analyze the data for trends.


Here is what success looks like:

 

  • 5+ years of hands on experience supporting a Salesforce CRM instance, identifying and implementing process improvements, providing data analysis, and managing cross-departmental projects.
  • Hold Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications.
  • Exceptional ability to strategically design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and SOQ with the ability to build objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, Rollup Helper, program APEX code.
  • Experience with 3rd party Salesforce integrations such as Rollup Helper, Calendly, Zoom, and App Exchange tools.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing direct reports.
  • Motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

To thrive in this role, you have extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer with possible certifications in these areas. You understand how these tools integrate with marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or another similar platform.)
