Finance Manager, GTM
Vectra is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Go-to-Market (GTM) finance team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align financial goals with objectives and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting on financial performance
- Manage headcount tracking and develop headcount reports
- Assess ROI and track metrics like CAC, CLV, and conversion rates
- Support strategic initiatives, projects, and investment cases
- Drive operational efficiency and standardization
- Act as a key point of contact for GTM finance-related matters
- Drive continual improvement in execution and planning processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
