Responsibilities
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with enterprise customers
Guide customers toward realizing the full potential of their Vectra investment
Provide technical expertise and support for integration into environments
Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
Assess renewal risks and develop proactive strategies
Respond to customer incidents and crises
Create and implement programs for product adoption
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Travel to customer sites as needed
Education
Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or related field
