Skills
Experience in project management
Strong business acumen
Understanding of Cloud and Hyperscaler technologies
Experience with SaaS offerings and Microsoft 365
General understanding of accompanying infrastructure working with Veeam
Responsibilities
Work with the customer through the onboarding phase
Build strong working and strategic relationships with clients
Help drive new case studies and references with assigned customers
Collaborate internally with sales and cross functional groups
Ensure all Veeam team activities align with customer's business objectives
Act as an escalation liaison between customer, Veeam Technical Support, and Product Development
Provide feedback to Product Management on key features and limitations
Contribute to positive and growth-minded work culture
Proactively identify areas of potential customer risk and build action plans
