Keeps the process organized, and actively maintains clear lines of communication with recruiters, candidates, and interviewers throughout the process from sourcing to onboarding. Assist in creating content for social media recruiting, and engaging potential candidates.Ensure new managers start off successfully. Serve as on-boarding contact for new hires. Work with travel team to ensure all travel arrangements are complete. Check receipt of confirmation packet, start date, locations, and new hire paperwork. Confirm that new hires complete of and comply with all I-9 requirements. Ensure background checks and driver's license requirements are met. Submit for approval and distribute per diem payments. Assist with application process. Process all Internal Field Management candidates. Assist applicants with navigational issues within the system. Help with on-site and off-site recruiting to assure a great candidate experience. Aid recruiters in processing applicants and verify that all forms are completed. Assist store managers and field HR with daily use of ATS and any ATS issues. Serves as point of contact for ATS vendor. Social Media and job posting management. Create and share content on events, promotions, and opportunities through various social media platforms. Make and publish job requisitions to Cracker Barrel Website and Job Boards as needed. Miscellaneous clerical and support tasks. Invoice agencies, career sites, assessment and background check vendors. Process and verify qualifications of emerging leaders and notify DM and TA managers. Manage referral bonus. Assist director with budget planning. Arrange the training of new hires. Schedules training stores for MITs. If MIT fails to attend training, contacts candidate to determine reason.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDExperience and Education• High school diploma required with 3 years of Human Resources related experience.
