Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

The GTM Strategy & Operations team is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sr. Revenue Analyst, reporting to our Director of Revenue Analytics, to apply their technical skills to solve complex challenges and frame up solutions. In this remote-friendly role, you'll work across all Go-To-Market functions (including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success) and own projects end to end by structuring ambiguous problems, conducting meaningful analyses to tell the story, and making recommendations.

You will report to the Director of Revenue Ops-Marketing Ops & Analytics

This role will be fully remote based in United States.

YOU WILL

  • Be an ambassador of the Analytics team by helping team members across the business ask the right questions, build data-driven narratives to answer those questions, and align groups to the right decisions at the times they matter most. Build regular analytics and dashboards and provide proactive and actionable analytics to leaders.
  • Coordinate with teams across departments for successful execution of the programs, involving senior leadership, tracking and communicating program updates
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities by overseeing existing metrics, analyzing data, partnering and influencing for delivery
  • Assist management in creating documentation of current processes and automation relevant to the revenue operations
  • Ensure data accuracy and set data integrity standards by establishing, implementing and refining processes and dashboards
  • Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses

YOU HAVE

  • 4+ years in data analytics, business / sales operations, management consulting, or similar functions
  • Deep experience and comfort across data and analytics areas including data modeling and transformation across multiple data sources with leading data visualization platforms (e.g. Looker)
  • Experience prioritizing, communicating, and working collaboratively across organizational lines and seniority.
  • Experience framing and building resources (dashboards, decks) for successful storytelling
  • Broad revenue experience and the ability to summarize large amounts of information quickly to get-to-the-point
