Responsibilities

Advocate for continuous testing and quality improvement
Coach developers on testable and scalable feature design
Conduct workshops on testing methodologies
Identify gaps in test coverage
Enable developers with automation frameworks
Develop and maintain test infrastructure
Clarify acceptance criteria for user stories
Support complex end-to-end test scenario designs
Track quality metrics and propose process changes
