As Vendor Administrator, you will help create a seamless underwriting experience for our applicants and ensure vendor adherence to performance and billing standards.

You will
Order and retrieve vendor requirements requested by underwriters
Deliver a 5-star experience to underwriters, agencies, and customers by identifying and thoroughly addressing vendor-related complaints, issues, and requests
Identify billing discrepancies and potential credits through thorough, creative, and timely auditing of monthly invoices.
Perform proactive audits of vendor performance.
Coach agency employees on vendor processes and expectations.
Provide support to Vendor Manager for pilots and projects.
You Have
3-5 years of administrative support experience
Insurance experience a plus
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Salary Range
$46,310.00 - $69,462.50
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
