What to expect

• You support the Venture Development Program: scouting, selection of startups and first interviews, coaching, etc.
• Support the Head of Venture Development with stakeholder management
• Work independently on projects and tasks in the Venture Development Program
• Support of the Venture Development Team with day-to-day business
• Prepare independently evaluations/reporting/quarterly reviews etc.
• Support projects and work on ad-hoc tasks and analyses
• Help with the creation of presentations/templates/Excel spreadsheets
• Work on events and community projects
• Own our knowledge database

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• You work independently, you are dedicated and a communicative person
• Proactivity - contributing your own ideas and challenging the status quo is what you love
• You have a can-do attitude: reliable work are important values in our team
• You want to grow your network and cultivate relationships with various stakeholders in the startup ecosystem
• You have excellent MS Office skills as well as experience with agile project management tools like Notion, Slack
• You are fluent in German - and English
• You are available for a 6-month internship
