Desktop Engineer

Venture Global LNG is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join their Information Technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in technology, familiarity with Apple products, teamwork skills, communication abilities, attention to detail, and good numeracy skills.

Skills

4 years of experience supporting Mac workstations
4 years of experience supporting Mobile devices
Knowledge of Office 365 administration
Understanding of conference room AV support
Experience with patching and application deployment using SCCM or other MDM tools
Experience with Teams meeting and A/V skills

Responsibilities

Support Mac workstations
Support Mobile devices
Manage and deploy IT desktop assets
Complete daily support tickets
Document new and existing IT processes
Support executive end users
Enjoy working with end users and solving desktop issues

Education

Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Computer or Information Sciences
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and/or Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) a plus
JAMF Certified a Plus
