Partner closely with local Supply Chain leadership to develop and implement strategic objectives for
managing the activities of manufacturing operations. Additionally, responsible for adherence to operational accounting, capital spending, inventory management and controls across the business. Cross functional support between Supply Chain and Product Mgmt / Sales. Budgeting/Forecasting Process - involvement in plant production rates, BOMs, and
OH. Work directly with Operations and Plant Leadership during the budgeting cycle
to identify areas of opportunity. Work with site leadership to implement the business
plan and execute consistent process and reporting
Provide support to the SC Leader on variable and base cost productivity initiatives,
collaborate with the purchasing and planning teams on material savings programs,
inventory revaluations, and standard product costing.
Facilitate inventory processes, including setting standard costs, cycle counts,
variance and allocation analysis, and ensuring accurate financial statements.
Lead the SC closing processes across the AI business. Provide detailed variance
analysis versus prior periods and operating plans.
Support stock-taking processes, ongoing inventory controls, and excess inventory
reserves
Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations,
drive controllership awareness and processes through operations teams, and ensure
financial compliance.
Support development of S finance policies and procedures
Partner with product management to identify & drive product profitability actions
Ability to take on special projects to analyze key KPIs looking for improvement
opportunities. Ability to work with operations to implement ideas
Bachelor’s Degree Finance or Accounting Required
