Director Customer Success Management, Americas East

Vercel, a Frontend Cloud company, is looking for a Director of Customer Success Management to lead a team of CSMs in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving growth. This role involves managing metrics, hiring and mentoring team members, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Skills

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience with SaaS customer activation strategies
  • Setting and managing KPIs and growth plans
  • Cross-functional engagement with Product and Engineering
  • Technical knowledge in application development and deployment

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of CSMs to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Set and analyze metrics to measure success
  • Hire and grow the CSM team
  • Use CS CRM to scale CSM function
  • Evaluate and improve processes and workflows
  • Coach CSM team and act as escalation point for dissatisfied customers
  • Collaborate with CSE managers for issue resolution
  • Forecast key CSM metrics and report to leadership team
