We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Business Analyst who will be involved in managing our clients and client activities, which includes product support for our Workers’ Compensation division.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the growth and enhancement of ISO's product offerings in the Workers Compensation area, by managing client activities on the “front line”.  This includes focusing on data analysis, problem solving, product design, client support and data delivery.  You will also file compliance data, as appropriate, with the various state regulatory authorities, and work to secure submission approval. 

This is a full-time position and is fully remote.

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Your daily work will be directly related to the general business operations of the wcPrism product and its customers. You will be responsible for monitoring client data and client activities, which encompasses client integrations, defect analysis and general maintenance by using an interactive ticketing system.
  • You will provide support to internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter. The position will require knowledge and use of IAIABC and WCIO data reporting Standards.
  • You will be responsible for keeping divisional management apprised of customer issues during and after integration as well as providing updates regarding client progress and potential red flags.
  • As a member of the wcPrism team, you will need to continuously review our internal processes and procedures to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients. Based on this review, recommendations for improvement should be made when necessary.
  • You must be comfortable making decisions that represent the best interests of both the client and the firm. Some of these decisions will need to be made with limited to no oversight.
  • You will be responsible for participating in both external client meetings and internal meetings, where you may lead discussions of current project status, including reviewing open items and providing feedback, guidance and status where appropriate.

 

    Qualifications

    About You and How You Can Excel in This Role

    • College degree and 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing services role or equivalent experience
    • Customer Service/Project Management skills preferred
    • Excellent troubleshooting ability required
    • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent is required
    • Knowledge of IAIABC EDI Claims Standards preferred
    • Knowledge of WCIO Data Reporting Standards is preferred
    • Claims data reporting experience preferred
    • Data processing experience preferred
    • Basic data analysis skills preferred
    • Must be available to travel in response to business needs
