Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented engineering professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA; not remote.

Responsibilities

Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).
Develop relationships with the Software Engineering team to collaborate during the hiring process.
Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization.
Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: Use strategic platforms and creative engagement strategies to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates (IC, Manager+).
Manage a full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and managing the interview schedule.
Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.
4+ years of successful full cycle tech recruiting experience. In-house recruiting experience is essential.
Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
Commitment to excellence and top performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Local to the Bay Area - HQ in San Mateo, CA (or open to relocation).

Pay Disclosure

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$105,000—$150,000 USD
