The Content Marketing Manager will develop and oversee a content marketing strategy aligned with three primary objectives: thought leadership, brand awareness, and lead generation. This individual will create engaging content across various platforms while maintaining brand consistency and collaborating with different teams to meet stakeholder and audience needs. Additionally, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for analyzing content performance metrics to optimize strategies, staying updated on industry trends, managing content calendars, conducting SEO research, and overseeing the development of brand and style guides.
Develop and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our three high-level marketing objectives: thought leadership, brand awareness, and lead generation
Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, websites, and email campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
Analyze and report on content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategy and improve results
Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, customer preferences, and advancements in digital technology
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication and consistency across all channels
Conduct SEO research, optimize content for search engines and lead generation, and utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
Oversee the development and maintenance of brand and style guides
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role required
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in copywriting, blog writing, and SEO required
Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation software (eg., HubSpot) required
Experience with social media strategy and management across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook preferred
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to analyze data and provide insights into content performance
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for marketing and content creation
