As a member of the Business Operations team, the Project Manager will provide key operational and project management support to help drive efficiency and process across the entire Organization. The Project Manager, Business Operations will be instrumental in helping to drive and prioritize key organizational objectives cross departments.
As a member of the team, you will: - Project manager and prioritize key corporate wide initiatives across multiple business units
- Serve as point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Collaborate with management to build consensus and secure commitment for priority initiatives
- Support initiatives by planning, managing, and executing defined project activities
- Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
- Communicate with executive management to keep projects aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjust schedules and targets of the project as needed and communicate budgeting changes, constrains or needs throughout the project life cycles
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and pain points across the organization
- Manage vendors on enhancement requests and development work needed to meet internal business objectives
- Optimize use of and research technology tools that may be helpful for the organization

Requirements:- 2-3 years professional experience in project management
- Preferred experience in the media industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people
- Being comfortable diving into projects that have already started
- Knowledge of various OMS, CRM, Ad Servers and Programmatic Platforms is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational skills ensuring all deliverables adhere to various deadlines
$80,000 - $90,000 a year
The pay range for this position is: $80,000 – $90,000 per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
