Commercial Product Owner, FinTech

Role Overview

As a Product Owner at ViaBill, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge payment solutions that transform the user experience. Your role is pivotal in shaping the product vision, maintaining a well-groomed backlog, and driving the team toward delivering exceptional results. You’ll engage in tactical decision-making and ensure our products stay ahead in the competitive landscape, all while fostering an environment of creativity and growth.

• Lead and inspire the development team with a focus on commercial product initiatives
• Analyze, prioritize, and refine project descriptions and backlogs
• Participate in daily status meetings to drive progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product goals and make data-driven decisions
• Continuously enhance product competitiveness and support the company’s rapid expansion.

• You have proven experience as a PO, with a knack for identifying and monetizing value propositions
• Flair for UX and a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys
• Proficiency with design tools such as AdobeXD, Figma, Sketch or similar (we use Figma)
• Strong multitasking abilities and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; Danish is a plus
• Adaptability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Analytical, structured, and ambitious mindset

About our team:

We are a team of highly motivated developers who work remotely from our own offices. We collaborate much like open-source projects with core maintainers for our services. Each developer has a lot of freedom working in a flat hierarchy in a very streamlined process where the domain experts are easily available on Slack or via Meet.   We work with a very rapid release schedule, often releasing multiple times per day. This gives us a quick and motivating feedback loop. This also makes it very easy for a developer to see their effect on business!  This allows us to experiment and adopt new trends/frameworks quickly.
