Overview:

We're currently seeking an Vice President, Digital to join our fast-growing digital team at Prosek. We are looking for a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class digital strategy and creative to life for our financial and professional services clients.

Our team is made up of writers, designers, strategists, analysts, aspirational TikTok stars, and wannabe Twitch streamers. We get to work with many of the largest and most recognizable global financial brands and help them navigate the always-evolving world of digital marketing and communications.

What you'll be doing:

Lead integrated client teams to drive digital and social initiatives such as advertising campaigns, content development, paid media amplification, analytics and measurement, social listening and community management
Serve as a senior strategic counselor and senior day-to-day client contact for key client relationships
Develop and mentor direct reports through coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable, conducting their reviews, and overseeing their professional development
Oversee team members responsible for developing first drafts of social content, blog posts, analytics reports, internal and external memos, and client recommendations
Proactively flag emerging digital trends, opportunities and risks for clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and strategic manner
Lead teams responsible for the development and launch of paid social campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives
Manage operational and financial performance of client teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes and that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic manner
Demonstrate deep expertise in your client's business and industry and know your client's competitors
Lead and contribute to new business development, including RFP responses, proposal writing, client pitches and prospecting
Become involved in recruitment and evaluate potential new hires to determine if they would work well with Prosek

What makes you qualified:

10-12 years of relevant digital, social media, or creative experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience at a traditional advertising, communications, or marketing agency is a plus
Experience working within a regulated field such as financial and professional services preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000-$200,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
