Vice President FP&A

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead Branch's Financial Planning & Analysis function, where you will be responsible for all planning processes, including the annual plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans. This highly visible role will report to our CFO.

As the VP FP&A, you will lead a dynamic global team and will be asked to drive strategic analysis in a cross-functional, matrixed organization across multiple product lines, geographies, and go-to-market motions. You will drive business insights and continuous improvement, bring a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

As the Vice President, FP&A, you'll get to:

• Partner with leadership to define, operationalize and execute financial and KPI goals aligned with business strategies.

• Lead the annual financial planning and multi-year strategic planning processes. Be a thought partner to all business leaders and help resolve competing business priorities.

• Lead the monthly forecast and variance process and operational reviews; partner with leadership to deliver on objectives and optimize business performance.

• Communicate business objectives and performance to key stakeholders including employees, investors, and the Board of Directors.

• Partner with other finance areas to support month-end close, flux review processes, and deliver high-quality financial reporting, close packages, and disclosures.

• Design, automate, and optimize flexible FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.

• Lead, grow and develop a team of high performing finance professionals responsible for planning, business partnership, and ad-hoc strategic analysis.

• Own, refine and implement financial systems and tools to track the company's KPIs, performance and provide reporting to enhance operational insights.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• 10+ years of directly applicable experience with time spent in FP&A, ideally within a leading SaaS enterprise software company.

• Ownership mentality and demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail.

• Strong attention to detail and master of your craft, yet able to communicate results in a simple and succinct manner as needed.

• Experience improving and streamlining processes, and developing solutions to operational inefficiencies

• Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a high functioning Finance team and deliver quality results as a team leader

• Strong business partnership experience; ability to influence and be a thought partner in all aspects of the business.

• Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills; ability to lead discussions with the Executive Team
