The Role:
We’re looking for a talented sales executive to help shape the future of our sales organization as we scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will come with a depth of knowledge of our emerging industry in the metaverse and immersive technology, deep client connections, and a high energy that will enable them to architect a sales strategy to meet Magnopus’s revenue targets.

We’re looking for someone that enjoys selling big ideas, excels at breaking into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and closing sales. This person will focus on targeting new markets that are ready for product adoption. They will be responsible for identifying new grounds and creating & executing the strategy to pursue them. They must also be excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.
As a member of the Leadership Team, the Vice President of Sales will have direct influence over the Company's continued growth and success by ensuring our short and long-term revenue and profit expansion.
We’re looking for someone that is currently talking to clients on a daily basis at the director level or above at top organizations. We’re looking for someone that has experience carrying a revenue target of $10+ million annually and knows how to navigate large organizations to get projects off the ground.
This new role of VP of Sales will be focused on the US market first but with an international remit. Working alongside the CEO, President, and Global Innovation Director to grow Magnopus’s global footprint, starting with IP owners, tech forward brands and enterprise clients who wish to grow their offerings into the next internet, the Metaverse. As we expand, this role will have the opportunity to grow and lead a team of sales professionals.

Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets

Set & meet the sales team’s quarterly quota targets objectives

Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Identifying new markets that are prime for product adoption and creating & executing the strategy to reach them

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Qualifying leads and building/expanding the relationship

Managing a pipeline of deals through the funnel

Deliver accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Build up and maintain intra-department and cross-functional processes related to revenue generation.

Monitor the market and competitor products and activities

Become a spokesperson for Magnopus and our product
