Vice President - Operations

• Provide leadership and guidance to FISH's departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Work closely with the President to assess the effectiveness of each business area, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan and budgeting requirements.
• Oversee the management of grocery operations, food service operations, ancillary programs, volunteer services, and a capital construction project.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with government contracts and regulations.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and process improvements.
• Manage and motivate teams, promoting a positive work culture and professional development opportunities.

• Five years of direct not-for-profit fiscal and operations management experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in operations and fiscal management.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
• Experience managing government contracts is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of FISH.

• Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually.
• Anticipated starting salary in the $92,000 range, with up to 5% negotiation based on preferred experience and background.

Provide 550 families with diapers, formula, and other baby essentials from the Diaper Bank. Provide Christmas gifts for 832 children and seniors. Serve 50,620 meals to Kittitas County seniors through our Senior Nutrition and Meals on Wheels programs. Reopen Community Lunch service to anyone in need of a meal. Help provide 5,000 weekend meals to children at risk of hunger on weekends. Provide 11,743 meals county-wide to children during the summer break from school. Provide education on the benefits of good nutrition and healthy eating to children and adults. Educate people about Basic Food (SNAP) benefits and register many of them for services
