What You'll Get To Work On
Humu's Nudge Engine® deploys thousands of customized nudges—small, personal steps—throughout organizations to empower every employee, manager, team, and leader as a change agent. Over time, our nudges grow increasingly aware of the timing, messaging, and motivational techniques that inspire individual employees towards action.
The Vice President, Partnerships will set the vision for how Humu scales through the partner landscape and global ecosystem channel. This is a new function for Humu, hence all partner-based routes to market are in scope, including Global Systems Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, Online Marketplaces, Technology Alliance Partners, and Venture Capital. The VP will drive strategy and execution of programs to grow the partner network and is responsible for pipeline and revenue creation across all channels as well as supporting operational programs. They will have to ruthlessly prioritize in order to focus on high impact channels first, iterate, and intentionally grow. The VP will collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, customer success team, product team, and enablement team to build an integrated ecosystem strategy aligned with Humu's strengths, priorities, and customer needs..
Where you fit in
This role works with all functions across Humu and reports directly to the COO. You will work in partnership with Product, Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting (Pre-sales), People Science, & Customer Success, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is crucial. You will need the ability to think globally and strategically, while also being willing to roll-up your sleeves and execute various partner plays to test impact. This is a unique leader with partner knowledge and sales mindset; and, is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.
