As the Vice President of Sales at SymphonyAI Industrial, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales organization to achieve exceptional growth in new customer acquisition and revenue generation. Your primary focus will be to build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to surpass bookings goals and drive the success of SymphonyAI solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue targets, and pioneering new markets to position the company for sustained growth and success.

Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and implement robust sales management processes, including pipeline management, account planning, and proposal strategies. Work closely with the executive team to craft and execute sales strategies that will lead to significant revenue growth and market penetration.
Revenue and Profitability Targets: Take ownership of top-line revenue and profitability targets, setting quarterly and annual sales goals for the sales team, and drive initiatives to achieve and exceed these objectives.
Build Strong Pipeline: Build and sustain a robust booking pipeline, maintaining at least 5x the revenue goal to ensure consistent growth and revenue attainment.
Accurate Forecasting: Produce accurate and reliable bookings forecasts on a weekly basis, providing valuable insights to the executive team for effective decision-making.
Relationship Building: Foster and cultivate relationships with key target clients, engaging with potential customers at a strategic level to win new business and drive customer satisfaction.
Revenue Strategy: Develop a cohesive short-, medium-, and long-term revenue strategy that encompasses marketing, sales, product/service, and customer success teams, ensuring maximum ARR across the complete client life cycle from Identification to Landing, Adoption, Expansion, and Renewal (ILAER).
New Market Exploration: Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities, positioning SymphonyAI Industrial as an industry leader.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant field may be advantageous.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably leading a global sales organization.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a selling role focused on manufacturing operations software, with a deep understanding of the market and competitive products.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role is preferred, demonstrating a track record of strategic decision-making and business growth.

Strong knowledge of selling strategies, sales management, and employee motivation techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.

Possess a strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and market dynamics.

Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, organizational skills, and creative thinking to drive successful sales initiatives.
