About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to join our team! This position will manage Sales, Solutions Design, Sales Operations and Account Management. This leadership position plays an integral role in shaping our strategic growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. In addition, this role will work with other leaders and 1Path executives to achieve budget, organizational, and strategic objectives.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in targeted markets.
  • Directly managing major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
  • Guiding the sales, sales operations, solutions engineering, and client engagement teams to exceed sales targets.
  • Implementing value-based selling strategies to communicate the full suite of our IT services to prospective clients.
  • Working with marketing teams to craft effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Overseeing sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes within the sales organization.
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Developing and maintaining key client relationships and implementing strategies for expanding the company's customer base.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM SaaS platforms
  • Energetic coach with excellent presentation skills
  • Avid learner who is in constant pursuit of more skills
  • Ability to lead from within and negotiate internally to achieve the desired outcome for deals
  • Demonstrates strong reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record of meeting (often exceeding) sales targets

Professional and Technical Qualifications

  • 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years leading high performing teams
  • Sales/Account Management experience covering at least some of the below technologies
    • IT Services/Support
    • Workstations (Windows 7, 10, 11) – Mac knowledge always a plus!
    • Servers (Server 2008, 2012, 2016)
    • Cloud Storage Solutions
    • Disaster Recovery
    • Backup Solutions (Veeam, Storagecraft, etc..)
    • Unified Communications
    • Microsoft 365 Solutions
    • Networking (Cisco, Sonicwall)
    • Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure…)

Travel Requirements

  • This role is remote eligible.
  • Travel will be required throughout the year to attend client meetings, prospect meetings and company Team Days.
