Job Description
Your Team
Deliver marketing and sales strategies across the residential business. Maximize sales velocity and value.Drive world-class sales performance by leveraging best practice, fostering continuous business improvement, and ensuring consistency to achieve desired sales results. Strong sales knowledge, market insights and product innovation. Lead and grow an exceptional Sales team. Innovative marketing practices. Be an industry leader.
Your Key Deliverables
  • Help direct the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver project marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide key performance indicators for marketing to ensure marketing value is maintained.
  • Develop and assist in ensuring the delivery of results in accordance with the business plan.
  • Support management in the strategy and execution of sales and marketing, communications systems and process for the business.
  • Provide guidance on corporate and project marketing activity including branding, sales center advertising, digital strategies, public relations, and media.
  • Oversee metrics for evaluating all marketing activities – including advertising, events, PR, and electronics marketing.
  • Cohesion and consistency of strategy for sales centers, advertising, messaging, and customer services.
  • Ensure all projects have an up-to-date sales and marketing strategy including budget, and develop systems to regularly review strategies against performance.
  • Management of marketing and sales strategies to meet business objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee and manage product and market research.
  • Continual refinement of marketing and sales strategies to ensure maximum influence on consumer behavior.
  • Oversee positive representation of Brookfield Residential effectively to clients, partners and consumers both in print and online mediums.
  • Ensure the customer journey and touch points throughout the sales process are in line with corporate and brand promise of exceptional experience.
  • Lead the Residential Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and Escrow teams with a strong level of engagement, retention, and cross discipline.
  • Build the culture of exceptional experience.
  • Ensure a collaborative environment is established with all departments pertaining to marketing and sales efforts on all projects and the Brookfield Residential brand.
  • Maintain regular, planned and proactive communications regarding marketing, sales, merchandising and escrow teams.
Must Haves
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Residential development and home building experience
  • Computer proficient
  • Excellent communicator and the ability to give clear direction
  • Well organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Capability to build an exceptional experience culture
  • Business improvement expertise
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity
  • Initiative and ability to anticipate opportunities or problems
