Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Experience in electronics, technology, or wireless sales is desirable
