DescriptionPosition: Manager, Media PlanningYour RoleAs a Manager of Media on the Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading full-funnel media planning, driving awareness, consideration and conversion for Victoria’s Secret PINK and 3P brands. We lead with integrity, trust, and respect to achieve the best outcomes as one team.Your Impact• Lead annual and quarterly full-funnel strategy and media mix valuation in partnership with D&A, leveraging econometric measurement data, reach curve analysis and performance data to maximize impacts on brand and performance metrics and ROI• Lead strategic media planning process, acting as the cross-brand integrator and go-to for managers and specialists.• Lead the development of annual paid media learning agenda tied to marketing and media objectives and priorities, informing the basis for Testing cadence supported by channel and analytics teams• Oversee reporting and analysis of competitive media intelligence to inform media actions• Partner with operations lead in insourcing Mediatools and implementing budget management and actualization process with internal planning team• Lead brand lift and content measurement process and analysis for campaign planning. Develop insights and actions based on qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.• Develop frameworks for evangelizing cross-channel campaign performance and insights to action, to cross-team• Establish and drive RFP process for direct-to-partner plan activations, in support of Planning & Campaign Activation teams.• Drive innovation and identify high ROI opportunities for the team to test into, staying close to marketing and media trends• Build, lead and develop team of Specialists supporting full-funnel plan strategy and executionClick here for benefit details related to this position.
