The Marketing Specialist’s primary responsibility is to support brand-elevating and customer-relevant strategies that drive profitable business growth and build loyalty and brand equity for Victoria’s Secret Emerging Businesses. This role is for driving the development, execution, and tracking of a variety of marketing programs to support and drive sales.

Your Impact
- Assists the Third Party Marketing team in development and execution of marketing plans
- Takes an active role in creating, briefing, and maintaining seasonal marketing campaigns and calendars, inclusive of marketing channel support across emails, paid media, app, social media, PR, influencer, events/activations, direct mail, in-store marketing concepts, loyalty, VSCC, promotions, and asset management
- Manages in-season execution of the VS Partner Marketing/Co-op program for product categories inclusive of creative, invoicing, execution of plans and recapping. Assist with both external brand and internal working team communication.
- Supports in budget management, including tracking invoices
- Partners closely with 3P business partners and marketing counterparts on the Victoria’s Secret / PINK Marketing brand strategy and channel leads to confirm alignment and to execute on Emerging Businesses marketing strategies
- Helps to execute strategic partnerships with external brands and partners that will help reinforce and amplify the story telling of our launches and campaigns
- Provide competitive analysis and recommend strategies to better compete in the marketplace
- Supports team on execution of marketing strategies to ignite and sustain growth for key invested brands by demonstrating a thorough understand of the brand, customer, and marketing vision
- Help define best practices and refine partnership guidelines to streamline marketing processes with external partners
- Support recurring team meetings with internal team, cross-functional channel leads, and external partners with agendas, recaps, and a clear understanding of topics

Minimum Salary : $67,000.00
Maximum Salary : $86,100.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
QualificationsYour Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing experience working for Consumer/Luxury Goods company (in an entrepreneurial setting is a strong plus)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
- Motivated to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Proven multi-tasking ability and strong project management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, agile, and resourceful – must have a sense of urgency and be deadline oriented
- Excellent communicator with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions

- Semi-regular travel to New York, Columbus home offices and stores
