About the Role:

As a Part-Time Junior Video Editor at Stronghold, you'll play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through dynamic visual content. Reporting directly to the Video Creative Director, you'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce compelling videos in an engaging and understandable manner. 

What You'll Do:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a polished final product suitable for broadcasting. Material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to understand project scope and objectives.
• Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Implement quality control for all visual, audio, and animated elements.
• Assist in selecting appropriate music, sound effects, and voice-over talent.
• Create and edit motion graphics using graphic design software.
• Archive, organize and manage media files.
• Coordinate with other creatives for integrated multi-channel campaigns.
• This is a part time role with an anticipated 10 hours per week.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring smooth collaboration from initial concept to final deliverable.
• Strong visual storytelling capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the FinTech and/or Crypto industry is a plus.

The base salary for this position is $45 - $65/hr while taking into consideration factors such as relevant experience, skills and qualifications for the role, and location. Stronghold currently offers health benefits for eligible employees.
