Responsibilities:
Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines, develop and execute sourcing strategies, assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively
Actively seek out underrepresented talent and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing through the offer stage
Assist with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation, ensuring the ATS is set up for scalability and ease of use for recruiters and stakeholders
Create a thoughtful, world-class candidate experience using data to back your strategy
Coach hiring teams on making solid decisions that align with VidMob values, driving the team to explore and develop better ways of attracting strong talent, and closely advise on hiring strategies for the specific needs of each role
Develop an understanding of the Revenue Org's strategy, goals, processes, culture, and skill needs and use this knowledge to create recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and share recruiting metrics with leadership
Build key onboarding for new hires
Qualifications:
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on go-to-market (GTM) hiring at all levels
Proven track record of building diverse pipelines
Has the ability to partner with senior leadership in a data-driven and strategic matter
Ability to build trust and forge strong relationships with internal partners and candidates
Strong influence and negotiation skills; communication, organization, and attention to detail
High level of self-motivation; you’re someone who can define structure and prioritize
Experience hiring for B2B enterprise tech companies. Startup experience is a plus!
Deep understanding of recent market and tech trends and ability to apply knowledge to identify and engage passive talent proactively
Proficient at using various recruitment tools and platforms (Ashby, preferred)
Hourly Rate: $75-$95
