The role:

As a Sourcer on the TA team, you will collaborate with recruiters to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. This role is a 6-month contract position. Must be based in NYC. Hybrid role 2-3 days per week onsite. 

Hourly pay rate of $50 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent sourcing across various departments including engineering, product, sales, and account management, targeting candidates at all levels and adhering to metric-based targets.

  • Support revenue recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates with account management, sales, and client success experience within the SaaS, Ad tech, or media/agency industries.

  • Assist with engineering and product recruitment by identifying candidates with experience scaling in a data-driven environment, a solid understanding of growth challenges typical of startups, and a keen interest in the AI landscape.

  • Handle ad hoc projects related to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data management.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to provide support for hiring projects, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure data integrity within the ATS.

  • Success in this role is defined by several key factors: prioritizing quality over quantity when building the candidate pipeline, effectively managing time to focus on our most critical positions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business model, and cultivating strong relationships across the recruiting and HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sourcing (tech & non-tech) experience at a SaaS/Ad Tech company.

  • You have expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter (required) and experience with Ashby (highly preferred).

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
