Technical Support Engineer

Vim is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to deliver excellent service for its users in the healthcare industry.

Skills

2-4 years of experience in a similar role in fast-paced SaaS product companies
Knowledge of software installations, troubleshooting, and working with APIs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Enthusiasm to learn, work hard, and be part of a team

Responsibilities

Own a set of support functions for US healthcare providers using Vim's software
Review and triage production tickets, investigate and fix issues
Escalate critical issues to Engineering and Product teams
Become an expert on Vim's internal systems and tools
