We're Hiring: Virtual Executive/Personal Assistant
📍 Remote | Part-Time | Immediate Start

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual EA/PA to support three co-founders in running and growing a fast-paced, high-impact business.

You’ll be the glue that keeps everything moving — managing calendars and inboxes, coordinating communications, supporting client delivery, and keeping internal operations on track.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day support to three busy co-founders
  • Manage inboxes, calendars, travel, and team coordination
  • Organise comms across WhatsApp, email, and task tools
  • Support onboarding, streamline SOPs, and keep systems tidy
  • Help plan 4 key events per year
  • Attend weekly team meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions
