The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high-performance individual to join its Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact projects Brazil. The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Clients, by delivering, implementing and executing projects and solutions on behalf of issuers, acquirers and merchants. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
The Managed Services Manager will support the design, implementation and execution of VCA’s recommendations for client’s on their behalf. This individual will shape delivery frameworks and methodologies and lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects, process improvements, and any enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners across the LAC region.
This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions, optimized results and product enhancements.
The potential candidate will proactively develop and carry on innovative and value added use cases ensuring a smooth execution across all program stages including design, planning, segmentation, targeting, offering, distribution, reward fulfillment and performance management.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
• Knowledge in campaign segmentation, results evaluation methodologies and control groups, lifecycle journeys planning and execution.
• Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up to date with latest market and industry analytical and digital trends.
• Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
• Experience in programing skills in languages like SQL, SAS, R, Python, Java and in big data environments. A plus if candidate has planning commercial programs in platforms like Salesforce, SAS, Adobe, Teradata or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Team player
• Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus
