Visa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to join our Visa Consulting & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and developing high-impact, value-added projects that drive significant results for both the clients and Visa.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in consulting, with a strong track record of managing key client relationships and delivering impactful projects.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Experience in the payments industry or financial services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
