The Cross-Border Product Strategy and Go-To-Market team is pivotal in expanding the North American Money Movement Solutions (MMS) business. The team is made up of global payments experts that leverage strong analytical skills to craft and execute strategic plans to propel Visa Direct’s cross-border growth across various payment rails, use cases, and verticals. The team work closely with solutioning and sales teams to showcase the immense potential and value of Visa Direct to key client segments.
As a Product Strategy and Go-To-Market Senior Manager, you will lead critical initiatives, forging pathways into new client segments and driving value for Visa’s clients to support the North American MMS growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Execution
Strategize & Lead: Craft and execute dynamic GTM strategies that encompass opportunity sizing, market and competitive analysis, value propositions, and segment growth recommendations.
Unlock Opportunities: Identify strategic opportunities for Visa Money Movement by deeply understanding client segments and customer needs, including partnership and acquisition targets for distribution and scale.
Tailor Messaging: Utilize commercial experience to create tailored product positioning and messaging that captivates priority client segments.
Collaborate for Impact: Partner with sales, product marketing, and communications teams to design and execute demand generation and market activation campaigns, driving top-of-funnel growth and conversions.
Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with user experience and design teams to deliver research-backed recommendations that support new service launches and customer adoption.
Innovate Continuously: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visa Money Movement products and services, constantly reviewing the market landscape to recommend and implement innovative growth approaches.
Sales and Account Growth Enablement
Craft Winning Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling pitch materials tailored to senior client executives for critical sales opportunities, directing meeting agendas, content, and Visa storylines.
Empower Teams: Create segment-specific, best-in-class sales enablement assets and tools, providing training to scale and ramp up business development and account teams on key product propositions.
Disseminate Best Practices: Share strategies and best practices to empower business development and account managers to effectively engage clients.
Product Strategy & Commercialization
Voice of the Customer: Collect customer requirements to inform pricing, policy, platform, and ecosystem initiatives supporting cross-border growth.
Develop Business Cases: Create robust business cases backed by astute financial modeling and customer/market research to get buy-in for product strategy recommendations.
Commercialize Innovations: Drive the commercialization of new product capabilities to enhance Visa’s cross-border money movement offerings.
Master Technologies: Develop deep expertise in the Visa Direct Technology Stack, Visa’s Digital Assets, Capabilities, and our Processing and Acquiring partner ecosystem.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can both lead and support diverse cross-border growth initiatives.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications
•8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least
5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
•9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or
more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,
MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
•Financial payment industry experience required. Cross-border and real-time
payments experience a plus.
•5+ years of experience in client-facing roles or go-to-market,
commercialization, marketing, communications, business development or
other similar roles.
•Product management, business operations, or strategy/management
consulting experience highly regarded.
•Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
•Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their own learning and success.
•Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, and
excellent storytelling ability.
•Critical thinker, strong organization skills, highly engaged and detail oriented.
•Expert level PowerPoint and advanced level Excel skills.
•Understanding of APIs and their functionality preferred.
•Basic understanding of technical schemes required. Knowledge or expertise
strongly preferred.
•Capacity to summarize findings from data, curiosity to deep dive on root cause
of trends and ensure highest level of quality/rigor in market analysis.
•Ability to identify key strategic issues and to generate and deliver creative and
innovative.
•Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at
coordinating cross-functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at
critical junctures appropriately.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127,300.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
