Mid-Level Cloud Software Engineer
- Work with a product team to analyze cloud-based applications
- Reverse engineer cloud-based applications
- Develop modifications to add new functionality to existing cloud-based applications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 14 years of experience in software development
- Experience with open-source products that support highly distributed, massively parallel provisioning, computation, and data storage
- Experience with cloud-based applications, such as Hadoop, Kubernetes, Spark, Hive, OpenStack, Ceph, Salt, and/or Terraform
- Experience with data serialization formats such as JSON and Parquet
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud service provider
