VitalSource®, is hiring a Product Manager to contribute to our Product team located in Raleigh, North Carolina (hybrid) or remotely within the U.S. If located in Raleigh, this is a hybrid role that includes a combination of in-office days and remote work.
We're hiring! We are seeking an experienced Product professional to join our team, specifically focused on driving the development and execution of products related to our expanding supply chain and logistics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Development
- Partners with senior Product leaders to help define the vision and future direction of the assigned products and related platforms
- Directly manages the development lifecycle of assigned products, from conceptualization through to market launch and beyond.
- Provides detailed specifications to the Engineering team to ensure product enhancements are aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Leads the definition and ongoing management of assigned product roadmaps, ensuring they align with business goals and adapt to changing market demands.
- Oversees critical issues related to the products, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
Customer & Partner Relations
- Works with third parties to assess partnership opportunities, technical requirements for collaboration and overall viability of partnership
- Working with Customer Success and Sales, participates in and leads meetings, product demonstrations, etc., of assigned product(s) with potential partners/clients
- Participates in user groups, planning exercises, and presenting to current customers
- Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align product development with business strategies and market needs.
- Acts as a liaison between VitalSource and its customers, regularly engaging in discussions to gather both articulated and unarticulated needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on supply chain or logistics sectors preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing products within the supply chain or logistics sectors, especially within an ecommerce context.
- Experience in the course materials space, particularly with physical course materials, is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $120,000
