We have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing People and Culture team as our Early Talent Program Manager. In this role you will own and lead all elements of the Viva Energy Graduate program. Your passion for early talent will drive you to deliver a best-in-class program and employee experience. Your previous experience in learning and development will enable you to design and effectively deliver the annual graduate induction, implement and continually improve the graduate development framework and design and deliver workshops and programs.
Each year, you will project manage the graduate recruitment campaign working closely with Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders to secure the best quality graduates. This will include improving the design of the assessment centre and activities. Additionally, you will oversee the planning of graduate rotations and appointments, working in partnership with a broad range of stakeholders from across the group to ensure graduates receive diverse, high-quality development experiences.
To be successful in this role, will require you to be highly collaborative and demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills to enable you to work effectively with a broad range of people leaders from across our diverse business and building strong relationships with externa partners.
