Position Summary

We’re seeking an empathetic and analytical UX Researcher to play a pivotal role in our product development process. In this fully remote position, you will delve deep into understanding our users' experiences and needs, as well as the broader contexts and dynamics of potential future audiences, through a blend of traditional and innovative research methods. Your insights will be instrumental in guiding product design and strategy, ensuring our offerings are impactful, user-centric, and aligned with our mission to improve health outcomes. We're on the lookout for someone who is passionate about leveraging their research expertise to drive meaningful change in the healthcare landscape. If you have a knack for uncovering user insights and are proficient with digital research tools like Maze, you're the candidate we're searching for.

Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering closely with product teams to identify key research questions and translating these into actionable research plans that inform and drive product strategy.

• Conducting a broad range of user research, utilizing methods such as usability studies, interviews, and surveys, with a particular focus on ensuring diverse and inclusive participant recruitment.

• Analyzing and synthesizing research data to uncover deep insights into user behaviors and needs, effectively communicating these findings to influence product design decisions.

• Fostering a culture of user-centricity within the product team, championing the importance of UX research in the product development lifecycle.

• Developing and managing a comprehensive research toolkit, including digital tools like Maze, to streamline and enhance our research processes.

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a dynamic user research repository, enabling the organization to leverage past insights for future product enhancements.

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user needs and how your research has influenced product design and strategy.

• Proficiency in a variety of UX research methodologies and tools, with specific experience using Maze for usability testing.

• Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

• A track record of working collaboratively in a remote setting, demonstrating the ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Healthtech experience is also a bonus!
