Review and analyze multi-trade proposals for accurate diagnosis and scope of work
Negotiate changes in scope and/or reductions in cost with Service Providers
Work with Account teams and internal departments to achieve corporate goals
Establish and maintain relationships with Service Providers and Suppliers
Leverage national buying power to procure lower cost materials
