As a Digital Learning Manager, you will be able to work on high-value missions within Agile and multidisciplinary teams at our clients in the Banking, Luxury, Pharmaceutical sectors, among others.

🔍 Main missions

•Develop and implement digital learning strategies aligned with organizational goals

•Design and deliver engaging e-learning courses, webinars, and virtual training sessions

•Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs through analytics and feedback

•Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality digital content

•Manage and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and ensure user support

•Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement of digital learning offerings

🔑 Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital learning, e-learning development, and learning management systems (LMS)

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques

• Digital and e-learning culture

• Fluent in french and english
