Shift Time:
2nd Shift Mon – Fri (04:00 PM – 12:30 AM)
3rd Shift Mon – Fri (12:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
3rd Shift (Weekend + 2 weekdays) - (12:30 AM – 12:30 PM on Weekends) and (12:30 AM – 7:30 AM Weekdays)
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
• Perform diversified mechanical, electromechanical or electronic technical duties in the fabrication, testing, debugging and documentation of standard assemblies, modules and systems.
• Provide comprehensive, day-to-day oversight of process equipment operations focusing on but not limited to data collection, data analysis, machine uptime, UPH, and process yields.
• Assist in the implementation and sustaining of LEAN and 6S process disciplines.
• Works from written and/or verbal instructions, technical manuals, engineering specifications and computer-generated schematics.
• Uses a variety of test equipment and troubleshoots product defects.
• Maintains and calibrates test equipment. Writes test procedures and interprets test data on standard jobs.
• Maybe required to participate in on-call duty, first responder training, and/or hazardous waste training.
The ideal candidate will have:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years manufacturing/logistics or leadership experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Thorough understanding and knowledge of computer and database systems (i.e., SQL, Excel, and IoT platforms)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on shift
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
