Volt is hiring Operation Specialists in Indianapolis, INJob Perks for assemblers:• Climate Controlled• Free/Safe Parking• Weekly Pay/Benefits• Entry Level• Long Term AssignmentAs an Operations Specialist you will:• Prep and assemble parts in a manufacturing environment.• Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly• Assembly workers will construct small machines while following instructions• Assemble automatic powder coating equipment• Assemble pneumatic and mechanical kits• Operate a fork truckThis is a Full Time, long term opportunity.The ideal Operation Specialist will:• 18 years of age or older• High school diploma or GED• Follow written and verbal instructions• Hand/Eye coordination• Fine motor skills for repetitive tasks• Ability to stand, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up 45lbs• Able to use power tools• Meet all pre-screening eligibility requirementsOperation specialist with the following experience is a plus:• Prior assembly work• Manufacturing experience• Mechanical experience• Production• Inventory• Computer knowledge• Forklift experience• Powder coating experience1st Shift:8am-5pm, Monday through Friday $19.00/hourIncludes a 1 hour lunch and 2 15 breaksPay Rate: $19.00 per hour• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
