Exceed your potential with Volt.Volt is immediately hiring for a HR Analyst in Hillsboro, OR.• Hybrid Role*• As an HR Analyst you will:• Conduct comprehensive data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data• Pull reports and completes report analysis• Oversee/support certain aspects of system implementation including efforts to keep project(s) and support work on schedule, and to specification• Organize and/or create appropriate program documentation and communications• Support the creation and maintenance of compliance reports, adhering to legal and company standards• Analyze HR processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions for enhanced performance• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives• Additional responsibilities may include; coordinating global User Acceptance Testing (UAT), take part in HR system testing, assist the change management team with various OCM tasks, and provide ad-hoc support to other HR projects and programsThe ideal candidate will have• 3-5 years of HR analytical role, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently• Superior communications skills: interpersonal and written• Superior organizational skills: notes, formal documentation, task assignment• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; comfortable working independently with pivot table and V lookups• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.• Experience in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and PowerBI, preferred; previous system implementation exposure is a plus• Excellent customer service orientation with proactive problem-solving abilities.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmHybrid: 3 days onsite and 2 remotePay Rate: $30.00-32.00/hr.
