Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital content for Sales and Customer Care initiatives using tools like Rise 360
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver learning solutions
• Manage large-scale training projects from inception to delivery
• Facilitate training sessions and provide support across the organization
• Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Represent Sales Training to internal departments, partners, and customers
• Provide informal support and guidance to team members

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, or related field
