Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive privacy policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant privacy laws and regulations
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and audits
• Develop and deliver privacy training programs
• Conduct privacy impact assessments
• Manage and respond to data subject access requests
• Evaluate privacy practices of third-party vendors
• Develop and oversee incident response procedures
• Work closely with product and engineering teams on privacy principles
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory authorities

Education

• Bachelors degree in law, business, information technology, or related field
• Advanced degree preferred
