Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives to streamline operations and drive growth
• Oversee end-to-end sales operations and sales process optimization
• Optimize product operations to improve alignment and processes
• Implement project management frameworks for strategic initiative execution
• Develop and execute sales enablement strategies for the sales team
• Manage and mentor a globally dispersed team of approximately 100 people
• Collaborate with other departments for cohesive business strategies
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for success

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
