Team

You will be part of a small elite team developing new B2C apps on mass-market segments such as social media or entertainment. Working closely with our top management, you will drive ideation, fast prototyping, and ultimately scaling new social apps enjoyed by millions. • Design and build a robust, scalable architecture capable of supporting hundreds of millions of users.
• Build smart, engaging brain training games and features, including a Saga Map, personality tests, and social elements.
• Incorporate strong gamification features such as streaks, leaderboards, and progression systems.
• Drive key UX and UI decisions, focusing on a minimalist, clear, and aesthetically pleasing design.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy including ads, consumables, and subscriptions.
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback and quantitative data, evolving the app from prototype to a widely-used service.

• You are obsessed with UX and product flow.
• You're interested in cognitive science, game design, and creating flow states.
• You are passionate about mobile products in general, including both games and apps.

• You have some experience with backend technologies.
